If you liked the room and the house and we thought you would fit in with the current housemates then we would let you have the room.

Our rooms to rent in Telford in our Telford House Shares are priced up at an amount per week and are an all-inclusive price of all the utility bills. The all-inclusive price is split into 2 parts: the rent and the bills. The bills part is currently set at £25 per week (from January 2014) and covers fair use of the gas, electric, water, council tax, broad band (where supplied), communal TV license, a cleaner (minumum twice per month), a gardener, all loo rolls, washing up liquid, bleach, polish, all cloths, use of washing machine etc.
